Frequently Asked Questions

This section contains some frequently asked ​questions and answers.









How do I make a booking? To book, please email us on bookings@battleplanet.gg or ​WhatsApp/Call us on 07911766456


Where are you based? We’re based in St Peter Port, Guernsey.


How and when do I need to pay? Payment is required at the point of us dropping off the kit that ​you selected. We can take payment by all major credit and debit cards, or good old cash.


Where do you deliver? We deliver anywhere in Guernsey.


How long can I borrow the NERF guns for? The starting rental time is 24 hours, but we can lend ​you NERF guns for longer than that if needed, just let us know what you need and we’ll give you a ​quote.


What is provided with each rental? You will get the NERF guns you picked, 1 magazine worth of ​ammo for each gun, safety goggles, team bibs, fully charged batteries for the guns that need them.


Do I need extra ammo? We supply all NERF guns with one set of ammo, but if you prefer shooting ​over picking up ammo from the floor then it might be worth getting some extra ammo!











What guns do you recommend renting? This is a tough one! It all depends on your personal ​preference, theme of the party and the ages of the party goers. We’d recommend that you contact ​us if you need any help or advice, or visit the armoury to see what’s available!


What games can I play? Team Deathmatch, Battle Royale and Capture the Flag are always great ​fun. For other ideas, visit our game recommendations section!


What happens if my kids break or lose one of the guns? If the gun cannot be fixed or repaired, ​then we will simply invoice you for the amount that it will cost us to replace it.


What happens if I lose or damage the NERF bullets/darts? Darts that are not returned with your ​other rental equipment, or are returned in unusable condition beyond normal wear and tear, incur ​an additional cost on your order of £0.20 per regular dart, £0.50 per Mega Dart and £1 per Rocket ​Dart.


Who is responsible for the safety of the people using the NERF guns? The person renting the ​guns (i.e. you) is responsible for the health and safety of anyone taking part in your event.
