Battle Planet Rental Terms

A signature will be required for the rental agreement at time of pick up.

Battle Plant Limited takes no responsibility for the safety of persons using the equipment.

The Renter is responsible for arranging a suitable location and access for delivery and collection at the agreed times, as per the booking.

Battle Planet Limited accepts no liability for any damage caused to property at any time or in any circumstances.

Our equipment is only hired on a personal use basis. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order with us it is deemed that the customer has read, understood and fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions ​of hire.

The Renter agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.

All rental items will remain the exclusive property of Battle Planet Limited at all times.

Charges will be determined based on the length of time rental items are in possession of the named Renter based on the contract dates.

Any changes to the rental period will be by written agreement only with the owner or staff of Battle Planet Limited.

By default, all rentals are made for a period of 24 hours, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing with Battle Planet Limited.

If Renter fails to return items at agreed upon date and time, Battle Planet Limited may repossess the items without notice to the Renter, and Renter ​releases Battle Planet Limited and its staff from any claims arising from such repossession.

In cases where repossession is necessary due to the Renter failing to return the items, Battle Planet Limited reserves the right to also invoice the ​Renter for any costs associated with the repossession, including but not limited to legal fees and other expenses.

If repossession is not possible, Battle Planet reserves the right to charge the Renter for full retail replacement value of rental items in addition to ​charges incurred for the rental period.

Renter has examined the rental items and found them to be in good condition and will return the items in the same condition as received.

Upon receipt of the equipment, Renter assumes all responsibility for the equipment rented and assumes all responsibility for all loss and damage to ​the equipment plus any related expenses. If rental equipment is returned to Battle Planet in damaged condition or in disrepair, including missing ​parts, the Renter will be responsible for repair costs, any parts and materials for repair, in addition to charges incurred for the rental period.

If any item is irreparable, lost or stolen, Renter is obligated to pay Battle Planet the full retail replacement value. Battle Planet reserves the right to ​charge renter’s credit card for full retail value of rental items in addition to charges incurred for the rental period.

There will be an additional £5 charge for each item that is returned in an exceptionally dirty condition, as determined by the staff of Battle Planet.

Darts that are not returned with your other rental equipment, or are returned in unusable condition beyond normal wear and tear as determined by ​Battle Planet staff, incur an additional cost on your order of £0.20 per regular dart, £0.50 per Mega Dart and £1 per Rocket Dart.

Renter is responsible for reading and following special instructions or manufacturers instructions that accompany rental items.
